Before you arrive
Arrive with hair washed and fully dry unless a cleanse is part of the booking. A short note the day before confirms the chair, the time allowance and what to bring if you are supplying your own braid hair.

Three questions the bench hears most
Two to four weeks is comfortable for a full braid set, and bridal work is usually booked two to three months out. Cancellations open short notice chairs, so it is always worth asking even if the calendar looks full. Bring your own braid hair if you have a preferred texture, otherwise the studio will match from the latch wall and quote the material before the chair is held.
One guest may sit in the waiting nook beside the bench, and children are welcome in the kids chair with a parent nearby. The room is small and the styling rack sits close to the aisle, so large groups are asked to wait outside. If a friend is also booked, the studio can run two chairs side by side on request.
Rescheduling is free with at least forty eight hours notice, and the deposit moves to the new date once. Inside forty eight hours the studio will try to fill the chair and, when it does, the deposit carries over. No shows and same day cancellations are covered by the terms of service.
